You can view the complete order details of any past ticket transaction by looking up the patron on the box office screen, finding the specific order under Ticketing History, and clicking the VIEW link.
Order details shows you the date/time the order was completed, by whom, the total amount, included order fees, whether it was processed at box office or online, comments/order notes and the existing tickets on the order as well as any tickets that have been released or exchanged.
This screen will also show you the selected delivery method of each ticket, and if that ticket is considered "printed". Delivery method can also be changed from this screen if needed.
From this screen you can click to reprint tickets and receipts, you can resend the patron's confirmation email (make sure they have an email address on their patron record), view and edit any custom questions asked during purchase, and more.
