Exchanges
If your patron does not want a refund, but would like to attend a different performance time, you can conduct an exchange.
Note: you can only exchange tickets from one performance of a show to another performance of the same show.
- Navigate to the Box Office Sales page.
- This takes you to the Box Office Sales page where you can look up a patron. You can look up existing patrons by completing the first or last name field and selecting Lookup Existing Patron.
- In the Ticketing History section, select View next to the order to be refunded to access the Order Details page.
- In the row of the show name, select exchange.
- On the Exchange Tickets page select all or some of the tickets you would like to exchange. Then in the table to the right, you can select a different performance date and time of the same show. Select Submit.
Note: Check the box if you do not want the patron to receive a message about the change.
- If the performance has assigned seats, select new seats. Then, select Exchange Seats.
- If the patron would like an additional confirmation email, you can choose to send that here. Then select continue.
