Requests for new Features to the System
The system is continuously working to make the system the best it can be for our clients, while keeping it easy to use and affordable. New features are considered carefully based on the level of difficulty to add them while evaluating the benefit to the most clients possible.
We encourage "Feature Requests" to be submitted to the forum of the same name. Please include in your post the exact details of how you see it functioning and also add a specific business case of what makes it important or useful. We will let you know if we know of a possible immediate solution to your need, a current work-around, and will ask you any questions to make sure we fully understand your idea. We will then consider adding it to our development plans. We will refer to requests and to evaluate what features would have the most benefit to the most clients and move them into development as time permits and as appropriate.
Remember to do a search for an existing request in the forum before posting a new one. If the request already is exists you can click the "me too" button to vote for it, and post additional comments as necessary.
For any new features added to the system, we will post an announcement to the Announcements forum and notify related clients directly. Please be sure to monitor this regularly.
