This troubleshooting guide will address common issues clients experience when inputting their shows and performances for sale, but then are not getting the results they expect when viewing the show on the public pages.
The show isn't appearing on the main ticketing page
Check the "On Sale Date (optional)" field on the shows and performances screen. If you have set in a future date, that is when the show will appear on the main ticketing page.
Check to make sure the show is built under the current season start date. If you built it under a past or future season start date, it will not display on the main ticketing page. A future season will display on the Pre-Season Ticketing public page until that season start date comes up. (Note that if you built it under an incorrect season by mistake, contact your CS Rep via the help desk. We have a tool to move a show from one season to another.)
When I click Buy Tickets next to my show, one or more performances isn't on the list of choices on the next screen
Check if the "not avail online" checkbox is checked for that performance on the Shows and Performances screen. This will make it not appear for sale on the public pages.
The formatting of my show description doesn't look correct
We train you on the standard formatting of how to use simple html code and recommended information to include in your show Long Description. You might look at a past show as a model, or view the Building shows and performances training manual.
When in doubt reference the Setup articles on Show and Performance setup of your shows and performances, or submit a ticket for further support.
