How do I follow-up on a request once I submit it?

Neon One Holiday Closures
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day following Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
Note that if the holiday falls on a weekend day, it will be observed on the Friday or Monday surrounding the date of that holiday.
Urgent Issues
Requests are considered urgent only when there’s an issue actively preventing you from completing transactions, you’re unable to access the system, or there is a major issue within your system with otherwise successful transactions occurring (ex: all of your email system messages are suddenly blank).
To contact us for an urgent issue outside of regular business hours, call 866-788-7853 x4 - please leave a detailed message with your name, organization, best phone number, and some information about the issue you're experiencing, and we'll be back in touch via email or phone call as soon as possible.

What is a request?
Requests are messages you send to Arts People support staff for help with your account.
Replies to your requests will be sent to the email address you have listed for you in your Arts People account. (To find out which email address requests are sent to login to your Arts People account and click on your profile name in the upper right, then click My settings.)
How do I submit a request?
Submitting a request can be done from the Support Center (preferred) or by emailing support@arts-people.com.
To submit a request from the Support Center:
1. Login to your Arts People account and select Help.
2. Select the Submit a request button.
3. Fill out the request form and Submit.
How do I follow-up on a request once I submit it?
Via email: You can reply to your existing requests from your email by clicking Reply. Type in your response and click Send.
Via the Help Center:
- Login to your Arts People account
- Select Help in the upper right to enter the Support Center
- Select your name in the upper right
- Select My activities:
- Select the request's subject to view and reply
