Your Giving Day Performance Dashboard is the first page you’ll see when you sign into your Giving Day account. It provides you with important information about your progress and upcoming deadlines.
Your Giving Day Dashboard is made up of three sections; Announcements, Important Event Dates, and Event Goals.
The announcements area will provide you with important information related to your Giving Day account and the Giving Day event.
Pay close attention to this area as it may often contain action items. For example, this area may notify you if your account needs to be registered for the Giving Day event.
Important Event Dates
In this area, you may find a call-to-action button from your Giving Day host, important dates, milestones, and deadlines, as well as your Giving Day status.
Each balloon has a date and a short description. Click a balloon to expand the section.
Use the arrows to the right of the balloons to advance forward to future dates or return back to earlier dates.
Each of your Giving Day event goals is listed across the bottom of the dashboard. Use the "Update" buttons provided to update each goal (defined below). To aid in your goal-setting, previous Giving Day participants will see their performance from the previous event. While they are broken into sections, each "Update" button will populate the same window, with a section for each goal and the corresponding fields to input. Scroll down to the corresponding section in the populated window to input your goal information. When you are finished updating, you can click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the window.
Overall Event Goals
The corresponding section in the populated window:
Event Goal: This is your overall goal for the entire Giving event. It should include all categories of funding that are projected and goal-set.
Event Goal - Number of Donations: The total number of individual contributions for the entire Giving event.
Last Event Total and Donation count: If you participated in a previous year's event, your totals will be listed here.

Matching Fund Goal
Matching Fund Goal: Your overall goal for the amount in matching funds you would like to secure for this event.
Matching Fund Amount: The total funds raised for your matching funds pool. If you have multiple matching funds donors, you can add the total amount of all matching funds pledged here.
Note: When you have secured funds for your matching funds' pool, track that amount here in the Update Goals area. Choose Yes under "Have you secured any matching funds yet?"

Early Giving Donations Goals
Note: Early Giving Periods are at the discretion of the Giving Day host and may not be available.
Early Giving Goal - The amount you hope to raise during the early giving period.
Early Giving Goal - Number of Donations - The number of individual contributions during the early giving period.
Note: The availability of peer-to-peer fundraising is at the discretion of the Giving Day host and may not be available.
Peer to Peer Goal - The amount you hope to raise through peer-to-peer fundraising.
Peer to Peer Goal - Number of Approved Pages - The number of fundraiser pages created for your organization.
