Arts People Holiday hours
Closed: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day following Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Note that if the holiday falls on a weekend day, it will be observed on the Friday or Monday surrounding the date of that holiday.
What is a request?
Requests are messages you send to Arts People support staff for help with your account.
Replies to your requests will be sent to the email address you have listed for you in your Arts People account. (To find out which email address requests are sent to log in to your Arts People account and click on your profile name in the upper right, then click My settings.)
How do I submit a request?
Submitting a request can be done from the Help Center or by emailing support@arts-people.com.
To submit a request from the Help Center:
1. Log in to your Arts People account and select Help in the upper right corner.
2. Select the Submit a request button.
3. Fill out the request form and submit.
How do I follow up on a request once I submit it?
Via email:
You can simply reply to your existing requests from your email.
OR
Via the Help Center:
1. Log in to your Arts People account and select Help in the upper right to enter the Help Center.
2. Select your name in the upper right, then select My Activities.
3. Select the request to view and reply.
