About Campaigns
Campaigns are found in your Neon Raise app and are associated with an organization for the purpose of raising funds. Examples include a giving day, an end of year campaign, or a capital campaign.
Campaigns allow you to create public fundraising pages for the purposes of collecting online donations and offer a variety of custom options.
Types of Campaigns
Campaigns represent a single event or fundraising goal. Raise campaigns allow you to segment these fundraising efforts for the purposes of separate reporting and performance metrics.
Standard Campaign - created by the user for campaigns conducted outside of a Giving Day. These campaigns are fully managed by the Raise user.
🛈 Note: Standard campaigns require a Neon Pay merchant account. Please click here for more information.
Giving Day Campaign - automatically generated for a user upon registration acceptance for a Giving Day event. These campaigns are largely managed by the Giving Day host who will also collect and disburse all campaign funds. Your unique public-facing content as a Giving Day participant can be managed on the Giving Day application. A Giving Day platform may collect donations on a single day, over a brief period of days, or throughout the year.
