Thank you for choosing Neon Fundraise for your social fundraising needs! Here's what's going to happen next:
Basecamp
You will be set up with a Basecamp project, which is shared with the Neon Fundraise team. In that project, there is a to-do list, which delineates the steps required to launch your site. Some of those to-dos are to be completed by our team, and some will need to be completed by you. Specifically, you will need to:
- Provide us with branding and design elements.
- Choose a template for your site, and indicate any specific customizations you will need.
- Example templates are listed below. Each template has a different navigation menu and banner image layout:
- Template 1: https://pacificocean.rallybound.org/template1
- Template 2: https://pacificocean.rallybound.org/template2
- Template 3: https://pacificocean-demo3.rallybound.org/P2P-LA
- Example templates are listed below. Each template has a different navigation menu and banner image layout:
- Select a subdomain on the rallybound.org domain at which you will be hosting your fundraising site, and relevant information.
As always, at any time during the process, we are here for you, available to walk you through everything you need to do.
Payment Processing
Neon Fundraise offers flexible payment processing options, allowing you to accept credit card payments from most payment providers. Our native processor, Neon Pay, features the strongest integration and most robust feature set.
Role Registration
Neon Fundraise's registration process, Role Registration, is a mobile first experience in which nonprofits can present the relevant questions to registrants categorized under roles. By default, your campaigns will be equipped with Role Registration. There is also a quick version of Role Registration available for DIY or Tribute fundraising campaigns.
Auto Responders
To automate the process of sending confirmation emails, Neon Fundraise features robust auto responders which are automatically generated and sent based on specific criteria. For example, when a new user signs up, they will receive a registration confirmation email, with some next steps. Administrators are able to edit the text of the auto responders as well as adding new ones, allowing them to customize and personalize their campaign.
Campaign Settings
We want you to make your campaign your very own. To that end, we encourage you to manage relevant settings under the Forms and Fundraising tabs of the Admin.
In addition to those settings, you can also modify your dictionary terms for your campaign (which dictate content across your site), modify defaults for personal and team fundraising pages, and edit the content on your site, among many other options.
A checklist of recommended items to review is available here.
