We're excited to share a preview of the new Data Quality tool, which will release to Neon CRM customers during the second quarter of 2025.
Highlights:
- Only send mail to mailable addresses, without needing to manually update accounts with updated address information
- Get notified about deceased contacts in a timely manner, with easy tools to update data and set tasks to follow up sensitively with the family
Benefits:
- Weekly National Change of Address updates against the US Postal Service database of addresses and moves.
- Automatically updates addresses for moves recorded within the past 48 months
- Identifies Move types
- Identifies Vacant addresses
- Includes downloadable report to confirm address NCOA standards, which may help reduce pricing when using mailing services
- Weekly Address Standardization updates
- Appends ZIP +4 delivery point coding
- Matches addresses to the USPS Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) requirements
- Includes downloadable report to confirm address CASS standards, which may help reduce pricing when using mailing services
- Weekly Deceased Data updates
- Checks your database against Social Security Administration data, consumer opt-in data, and other public web sources to determine if a constituent is recently deceased
- Automatically marks the account and deceased to suppress mailings
- A list will be provided for your review where additional actions can be taken, such as updating Household Name/Salutation, updating linking relationships, and creating activities to follow up with the constituent's family
Availability:
The Data Quality tool will be available to:
- Neon CRM Empower subscription customers (included)
- Neon CRM Impact subscription customers (available as an add-on module, $30/month subscription)
For Neon CRM Impact subscription customers, you will be able to enable the add-on inside Neon CRM after the new tool is released.
If you are currently a Neon CRM Essentials subscription customer, Data Quality will not be available, but you can request a one-time NCOA update here.
