If the CRM Administrator for your organization changes, the following list covers the areas of Neon CRM you may need to update with the new administrator's information. (Click the "Resource" link below an item to view a short how-to video explaining how to complete the corresponding list item.) Please be aware that not all items may apply to your situation.
Items to Update with a New CRM Administrator's Information
1) Add the new administrator in the User Management section.

2) Deactivate the old administrator in the User Management section.

3) Change the name associated with an email address used by the previous administrator.

4) Update the Organization Profile with the new administrator's name and email.

5) Update any previous administrator-related information that may be listed in the Admin Message section of the Mission Control dashboard.

6) Update any System Emails that list the previous administrator's name, email, and/or other information. (Note: By default, unless manually overwritten, the sender's name and email will pull the Contact Name and Contact Email listed in the Organization Profile. Update any email information in which the previous administrator's name and/or email may be listed in the email's main body content, footer, manually overwritten sender name and email, and/or manually overwritten BCC email address.)

7) Update any System Letters that list the previous administrator's name, email, and/or other information.

8) Update any Email Themes that list the previous administrator's name and/or email (especially in the footer).

9) Update any workflows that 1) list the previous administrator as the sender in any Send External Email action, and/or 2) list the previous administrator as the recipient or sender in any Send Internal Email action.
