Volunteer

New Volunteer Forms: You can now create unlimited, customizable Volunteer Forms by going to Forms & Pages > Forms > New Form.
- New Form Builder Benefits: In-depth customization of form content/appearance, account custom fields (including file upload fields), customizable exit pages, embeddable pop-up buttons, and more. Each form's submission history and information can be seen on its detail page.
- Advanced Form Configuration: Control which Opportunities or Opportunity Categories should be displayed on each form, and if new ones should automatically appear; allow automatic approval of new volunteers, or require manual review of form submissions.
- Shift & Role Sign-Up: Constituents can now sign up for Shifts and Roles linked to Opportunities. The Applicants List has been updated to reflect this info.
- Waivers: Create waiver statements for overall forms or specific Opportunities. Signed Waivers can be seen in the new Volunteer Waivers tab of each account.
- A ready-to-go new Volunteer Form has been automatically created to save you time, but your existing Project (Opportunity) List is still available.
- Volunteer Form Submitted System Email: A confirmation email will be sent to volunteers after submitting new Volunteer Forms. By default, all information will automatically appear in a dynamic email content block, but sections and fields can be hidden.
- Constituent Login Portal Updates: The volunteer Constituent Login Portal experience has been redesigned, including a consolidated My Volunteer Info portal page and improved time sheet entry optimized for mobile devices.
- Opportunity Form Settings: A new step has been added to Opportunity setup. If an Opportunity is set to Available Online, you can control form behavior related to shifts and roles, create Opportunity-specific Waivers, add a detailed description to appear during sign-up, and more.
- Volunteer Global Settings: Navigate to Global Settings > Volunteer to control new options related to automatic time sheet approval, the ability for constituents to remove themselves from Opportunities and Shifts, volunteer sign-up limits, and more.
Next Gen Events (Monday, March 17th)

Member Only Events: You can now restrict registration of Next Gen Events to logged-in members. Events can be available to all active members or exclusive to specific membership levels.
- System users entering registrations via Sales & Check-In will see accounts' memberships and will be prompted to confirm if they intend to sell member only tickets to non-members.
Communications
- Letter Print Queue: We've fully redesigned the Letter Merge Queue (now called the Letter Print Queue) for easier management and review of physical mailings. Additionally, unprinted letters are no longer removed after a certain timeframe. Watch this video for a tour!
- Sent Letters List: Once letters are printed, they are moved from the Letter Print Queue over to Letters tab > Sent Letters. This page displays all sent system and campaign letter records, and allows easy reprinting of previously-sent letters.
- Letters & Materials Account Tab: The Campaign Letters & Tracking account tab has been renamed, and it now shows all campaign letters, external materials, and system letters associated with the account.
- You can now print up to 1,000 campaign letters at once.
- A new setting is available under Global Settings > Account Duplicate Management > Email Link Authentication to automatically enable Email Link Authentication for newly-created emails.
- The Transaction Summary content block now defaults to the Previous Calendar Year timeframe.
Moves Management

You can now link multiple system users and/or constituent accounts to an Activity.
- Within the Activity Report, Activities linked to multiple constituents will appear multiple times in the results, in order to display each linked constituent's information.
CRA Receipts
- When issuing CRA Annual Receipts, additional time frame options for "2024 - Feb 2025" and "Mar - Dec 2025" have been added in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency's tax return extension.

Fundraising Campaigns
- Within Campaign Landing Pages, the Hero Image section now includes a Remove Blur Effect setting.
Fixed:
- Fixed an issue where some Next Gen Events did not appear in Events lists.
- Fixed an issue where the addresses were formatted unexpectedly in Campaign Letter recipient exports.
- Fixed an issue where the Transaction Summary content block did not display data when included in emails sent from account pages.
- Fixed an issue where the Transaction Summary content block did not always sort chronologically based on Transaction Date.
- Fixed an issue where users could incorrectly display as Pending status within User Management.
- Fixed an issue where the Source field did not work as expected in system letter conditions.
- Fixed an issue where text could not be entered into certain report criteria fields depending on browser height.
- Fixed an issue where Activity Reminders did not send as expected if the activity start time was blank.
- Fixed an issue where Opportunities with names containing apostrophes caused some button actions to not work on linked Legacy Event detail pages.
- Fixed an issue where CRA Advantage Amount could be incorrectly applied based on the quantity of products in a store order.
- Various behind-the-scenes bug fixes and performance enhancements.
