Enabling Assigning Tickets to Individual Attendees During the Event Creation Process
If you have not yet created your event, you may enable the assigning of tickets to individual attendees feature during the event creation process. This feature will enable registrants/ticket buyers (or you as the system administrator) to assign tickets to individual attendees during the ticket purchasing process. This feature, however, must be "turned on" (or enabled) in the Event Creation Wizard, as follows.
In Step 3 of the Basic Information section in the Event Creation Wizard, you will see the following question:
1. Select Each Attendee.
The feature is now activated.
When the registrant purchases tickets, they will see the following screen on which they must enter a name and email for each attendee. This screen must be completed for each ticket/attendee. This designation of each ticket to individual attendees will streamline the check-in process.
