Notes help you add any important information to an account, such as:
- In-Person Meetings
- Meeting Notes
- Phone Conversations
- File Attachments
- Any other crucial information
Adding a Note
1. From the navigation bar, select Accounts and Accounts.
2. Search for the account. Select the account you would like to review.
3. Select Notes on the navigation panel.
4. Select the New Note button.
5. Enter the Title, Type, Note Text, and any attachments you may have. When finished, select Save.
Editing a Note
1. From the Note section, select the Edit Note option from the Ellipsis menu.
2. Scroll through and make any chances you would like. When finished, select Save.
Pinning a Note
1. From the Notes section, select the Pin Note option from the Ellipsis menu.
2. The pinned note will appear in yellow with a yellow pin icon in the note row.
Deleting a Note
1. To remove an address, locate the contact in the Notes section. Select Delete Note option from the Ellipsis menu.
2. Then select the Delete and Close button.
