Adding a Relationship
1. From the navigation bar, select Accounts and Accounts.
2. Search for the account. Select the account you would like to review.
3. Select Relationships on the navigation panel. Both Individual and Company accounts have a Relationship section. This section allows you to create connections between accounts that do not fall under the category of Household or Company relationships.
4. Select the New Relationship button and select To Individual or To Company. For this example, we will select To Individual.
5. Search for the Related Individual in the dropdown menu. Enter any other relevant information. When finished, select Create Relationship.
Editing a Relationship
1. From the Relationships section, select the Edit Relationship option from the Ellipsis menu.
2. Scroll through and make any chances you need to. When finished, select Update Relationship.
Deleting a Relationship
1. To remove a relationship, locate the contact in the Relationship section. Select Delete Relationship option from the Ellipsis menu.
2. Then select the Delete and Close button.
