Access Saved Activities Section
To access the saved activities section:
1. Select the Settings cog in the upper right corner of the page and then select Global Settings on the drop-down menu.
2. Select Saved Activities under the Moves Management heading.
You have now accessed the Saved Activities section of the CRM. To create a new saved activity, see the following section.
Create a Saved Activity
To create a new saved activity:
1. Select New Saved Activity on the Saved Activities page (as described above).
2. Enter a subject in the Subject field. It is important to be as detailed as possible to clearly explain what activity needs to be performed.
3. Enter the applicable system user in the System User field to assign this activity to a specific employee or volunteer.
4. Select a Status. By default, the status of Not Started is selected.
5. Enter a Start Date for the activity. (The End Date is optional.)
6. In the Activity Information section, enter your applicable details, as needed.
7. In the Send Email On section, you may send a reminder email to the system user to whom this activity is assigned. You may select the amount of time you wish to send the email before the deadline, as applicable.
8. Once all applicable fields have been entered, select Create Saved Activity.
The activity will now appear on the Saved Activities page. As you will see, if you use the Move Management module, having this saved activity ready for automatic selection, saves time.
