New:
Next Generation Events (available July 29th)
- Add-on Donations: Free-entry or suggested donation amounts can now be enabled for Events.
- Convert an Order into a Donation: Refund/release option now allows constituents to turn their orders into donations to support your organization.

Specify Attendees for Orders: Optional ability to capture attendee (ticket holder) information for each ticket included in an order.
- This creates an account for each attendee, and each attendee will receive confirmation and reminder emails for the event.
- Constituents no longer need to select a date when registering for an event with a single occurrence.
- When system users are logged into Neon CRM on a smaller screen, such as a mobile device, the Sales & Check-In page will be pinned near the top of the mobile navigation menu for quick access.
Email Communications
- You can now choose to automatically resend Email Campaigns to non-openers.
- A new setting is available when scheduling or sending an Email Campaign. You can also choose to manually resend an Email Campaign even if this setting was not enabled, as long as it has been at least 24 hours since the initial email was sent.
- You can now choose to apply Email Link Authentication on an email-by-email basis.
- We've updated the look and feel of the Sent Emails List, and have added more information here about failed emails or errors encountered during sending.
- We've updated the look and feel of the Blocked Emails List in Global Settings.
- You can now adjust image sizing inline with a click & drag action.
- We've added a clear "TEST" label and description to test emails.
One-Click Workflows

A new page, Organization Tokens, is now available under Global Settings > Organization Branding.
- Enter details about your organization, such as a Recent Impact Story or Recent Highlight Link, to include as tokens in Workflow emails.
- In a future update, these tokens will be available in all email & letter types.
- Optionally receive reminders via the Notifications bell to update this page and ensure the information stays up-to-date for use in your communications.

Advanced New Donor Welcome Series: Welcome a new, one-time donor to your organization via an automated email series, which ultimately asks them to consider becoming a monthly donor.
- You must complete the Organization Tokens page mentioned above to enable this Workflow.
- Membership Auto-Renewal Disabled - Follow-Up: When a membership's auto-renew is disabled, notify a staff member via email and create an activity on the member's account in case you'd like to follow up.
Import Manager
- You can now choose to trigger Donation Appreciation System Emails when importing donations.
Membership Settings

A new setting, Membership Directories: Opt Out Members by Default, is now available.
- If enabled, all members will be automatically opted out of appearing in directories and will need to manually opt in via the Constituent Login Portal (or by a system user editing their account).
Moves Management
- You can now Copy Activities (once or on a recurring basis).
Mobile Navigation
- We've updated the look and feel of the system user navigation menu on when using Neon CRM on smaller screens, such as mobile devices.
- The Advanced Search has been optimized for smaller screens.
- The Next Generation Events Sales & Check-In page is now pinned under the Dashboards menu item for quick access.
Third-Party Integrations
- QuickBooks Online Canada is now supported with the Neon CRM QuickBooks integration.
Constituent Login Portal
- We've updated the look and feel of the Manage My Addresses page.
Global Settings
- The Brand Colors and Brand Logo pages have been moved under the new Organization Branding section, mentioned in the One-Click Workflows updates.
Fixed:
- Fixed an issue where Membership Directories displayed members' previously-uploaded profile photos, rather than their current photos.
- Fixed an issue where tax-deductible transaction total output columns in reports did not recalculate as expected when transaction dates were edited.
- Fixed an issue where the Memberships page in the Constituent Login Portal would always display the Manage Auto-Renew button for free memberships, even if the "Display Manage Auto-Renew Button" setting was disabled.
- Various behind-the-scenes bug fixes and performance enhancements.
- Various wording fixes and revisions.
