Learn how to create Activity Templates in this step-by-step guide. If you frequently use Activities, you may want to save one or many Activities to quickly apply them to Accounts, Grants, and Prospects.

Activity Templates allow you to save several connected Activities with time delays in between them and apply this series of Activities with just a few clicks (you must create at least two activities in an activity template).
You can create Activity Templates for common situations in which you need to set a schedule of multiple reminders or to keep track of a series of tasks.
Instructions
To create an activity template:
1) Select the Settings cog in the upper right corner of the page and then select Global Settings on the drop-down menu.
2) Select Activity Templates under the Moves Management heading.
On the Activity Templates page:
3) Select New Activity Template.
On the New Activity Template pop-up:
4) Enter an Activity Template Name.
5) Select Edit in the Activity 1 tile.
6) You must enter a Subject to describe the activity. You may add any other information, as needed, as you scroll down the pop-up. All required information is marked with an asterisk (*). When you have added all applicable information, select Next.
7) Select Add Time Delay.
8) Select Add.
9) Add the number of weeks, days, hours, or minutes you wish to occur between the first activity and second activity. When all applicable information has been added, select Close.
Repeat this process for as many days and time delays as needed for your activity.
10) Once you have added all your activities, select Create Activity Template (you must add at least two activities to the template).
Once you have created your activity template, it appears on the Activity Templates list page.
