This page details the new functionality, changes, and fixes included in the April Neon CRM product updates.

New:

Unified Email Builder: Account, Volunteer, and Workflow emails now have robust editing capabilities.
- Choose between Quick Edit or Full Edit, depending on your customization needs.
- With this update, Workflows can now support a drip campaign of full feature, campaign-style emails.
We've made usability enhancements to the Unified Email Builder experience:
- Redesigned email editing experience, with tools in the sidebar for an inline preview.
- Save emails as reusable Templates from the Email Campaigns list for quick access, and apply Email Themes for your desired branding.
- Up to 50 content blocks are now supported per email (increased from 25).
- Review and manage photos uploaded to your emails under Global Settings > Communications > Email > Content Library.

Logged-in constituents can now apply donations toward their open Grant records.
The Funded Amount field for Grants now only includes donations and pledge payments; unpaid pledge balances, installments, and write-off amounts are not included.

Company accounts can now register for events.
Email is now a required field during public checkout.
Occurrences more than 3 days old are now hidden in the Sales & Check-In page.
Sales can now be accessed via the Event Overview page, including the newly hidden occurrences mentioned above.
Email notifications can now be suppressed during checkout.
In order to avoid data issues, restrictions have been added around editing Seat Maps with existing sales.

A new 100% Non-Deductible setting is now available for Fundraising Campaigns, Membership Terms, Event Admission, Event Tickets, Event Sessions, and Store Products.

Google Analytics (GA4): You can now track revenue data from Neon CRM form submissions in your Google Analytics account.

Prefixes are now case sensitive; prefixes with the same spelling but different capitalization will no longer be considered duplicates.

Fixed:

Fixed an issue where unpublishing the Legacy Campaign Donation Form for an active Campaign caused Peer-to-Peer Donation Forms to be unavailable and incorrectly display the "This Fundraising Campaign has ended" message.
Fixed an issue where all Membership Terms were shown when selecting "Manage Auto-Renew" in the Constituent Login Portal, even if some of the Terms had been hidden in the form's settings.
