This page details the new functionality, changes, and fixes included in the March Neon CRM product updates.

New:

We're excited to announce the launch of Generosity Indicator: a fair, equitable, and unified way to understand constituents' generosity across the Neon One connected ecosystem.
Calculated scores from 1-5 for Affinity, Recency, Frequency, and Monetary Value give specific insights which can be leveraged in reports and workflows.
A section has been added to the top of accounts showing Generosity Indicator metrics as well as all-time, annual, and fiscal year generosity totals in an at-a-glance dashboard for each constituent.

A new field, Close Date, has been added to Grants.
- This field can be added to the Grants list's columns and is also available in reports and workflows.
Linked pledge installments are now displayed on Grant pages within the Funding table.

Advanced Waitlists:
- Advanced waitlist management with the ability for users to view and prioritize waitlists.
- Customization options for waitlist communications, including emails and confirmation messages.
- Capacity settings for waitlist entries, ensuring that waitlists stay manageable and are a positive experience for attendees.
When creating and editing new events, occurrences can now be viewed as a list in addition to the calendar view.

The Neon Websites Events Calendar Widget automatically syncs both legacy and new events in a customizable, beautiful website widget that matches your organization's branding.

Preferred Name is now an available field on new account, donation, and membership forms.
- To add this field, click into the First Name and Last Name section when editing a form.

Calendar and fiscal year transaction total output columns for the past ten years have been added to the Household Report and Household Stats Report.

Files can now be added or removed from file upload custom fields outside of forms.

We've updated the appearance of the External Email Tracking page under Global Settings > Communication (previously called BCC & Forwarding Addresses).

Fixed:

Fixed an issue where including hyperlinks or bold text in the Campaign Story section of Campaign Landing Pages resulted in extra space appearing.
Fixed an issue where the Event Calendar dashboard widget showed the overall event start and end date instead of the occurrence dates for New Events.
Fixed an issue where errors could occur when viewing the Donations account section if certain columns were used to sort the list.
Various behind-the-scenes bug fixes and performance enhancements.
Various wording fixes and revisions.
