Configuring a Parent Setting at the Organization Entity Level

Let’s say you are ready to add more campaigns to your Neon Fundraise Admin Interface, but first you want to customize and apply the same settings to each of your groups and campaign. You can do this by configuring your campaign settings at the organization entity level. These settings will then be applied to all of your groups and campaigns within a single Neon Fundraise account.
For this example, you will set up your organization settings for an automated email whenever confirming a donor’s contribution.
Configuring a Parent Setting at the Organization Entity Level
- On the Campaign Dashboard, select Automated Emails from the Emails tab.
- In the Donation Confirmation row, you will see a lock icon. This is used to override and reset entity level settings. If you are changing settings at the organization entity level, selecting this lock will clear any customized settings for child settings on groups and campaigns within a single organization's Neon Fundraise account. For this example, you will edit the Donation Confirmation Email. To do this, select Edit.
- When finished, select Save. This change will now apply to all groups and campaigns within the organization.
