You can make manual edits to donations individually after you have uploaded a bulk donation form. The Donations pop-up allows you to edit who gets credit for the donation, the payment method, and the donation amount.
For this example, we want to add a member ID for a donation to give donation credit to a specific member.
Editing a Donation Record
- On the Campaign Dashboard, select the campaign name from the list.
- To get the Member ID, select the People tab.
- From the left sidebar, select Registrants. This will display all the registrants for this campaign.
- Select the name of the registrant you wish to give credit. A pop-up will appear with their member ID. Copy this information.
- Now, navigate to the Donations page by selecting the Transactions tab.
- To edit the Donation record, double select the row.
- Select Edit from the Donation Pop-up.
- Change the Donating to section to select Member. Then, enter the Member ID. Finally select Save.
