After creating a ticket, you may want to make changes to the ticket properties and fields.
Editing Tickets and Fields
- From your campaign’s main page, select the Forms tab, then select Ticket Builder.
- Select the ticket.
- This will display the ticket properties you previously established. Make changes as needed.
- When finished, select Done.
- To edit a field, locate and select the field under the ticket properties.
- Make changes to the field. When finished, select Done.
Note: Once a field or option has been used in a submission by a supporter on the front-end, it may not be deleted.
