The Content Editor allows you to control what text is included within customizable fields in your CCM.
Using the Content Editor
- Select the Admin Functions dropdown, and select Content Editor.
- Select the Edit Icon for the content you would like to modify.
- You can change the Title or the Message of this content. When finished, select Submit.
Note: Do not delete or edit any text between the carrot icon (^). Changing this text in any way will cause your content to incorrectly merge specific data into this placeholder area. If text is accidentally deleted, reach out to your system contact support for help.
- You will see these changes displayed on the Content Editor page.
Note: If you are unable to access this feature in your CCM, it is possible Neon CCM can add the functionality through an upgrade. If this is something you are interested in, have your system’s support contact inquire through a support ticket.
