When a user should no longer have access to the CCM, make the user inactive. Do not delete the user's record. When a user should no longer hace CCM access, deleting the record can cause historic data to be deleted.
Note: You do not need to delete a user if only their email address has changed. Simply update their email address within their record.
Making a User Inactive
- Select the Admin Functions dropdown, and select Users.
- Select the Edit Icon for the user you would like to make inactive.
- Now, simply select the Inactive checkbox. Then select Submit.
- To confirm the change, select the name of the user.
- The user should be listed as Inactive.
Note: If you are unable to access this feature in your CCM, it is possible Neon CCM can add the functionality through an upgrade. If this is something you are interested in, have your system’s support contact inquire through a support ticket.
