Emails that your system sends out, either automatically or by a user completing an action, can be edited using the Email Editor.
Note: You cannot add any new system-generated email messages to the Email Editor. System emails must be set up by Neon One. You are, however, able to edit the existing messages and subject of any email in your Email Editor, under the Admin Menu.
Editing Emails
- From the Admins Functions dropdown, select Email Editor.
- Select the Edit Icon for the email you want to update.
- Before editing, it is important not to edit any text or symbols between the ^ signs. Changing this text will prevent your system from merging specific data within this placeholder area. If you accidentally delete something you should not have, you can select the cancel button. This will discard any changes you made.
- After making the necessary updates, select the Submit button.
- The updated email now displays on the Email Editor page.
Note: If you are unable to access this feature in your CCM, it is possible Neon CCM can add the functionality through an upgrade. If this is something you are interested in, have your system’s support contact inquire through a support ticket.
