Navigating the CCM Reporting Tool
- To access the reporting tool, select the Reports section on the top navigation bar.
- When the reporting tool opens, it displays the three subsections that you can choose within the left navigation menu. These include Saved, Shared, and Unsaved.
- In the saved section, you will find a list of all the reports you have saved in the system. Displayed you will see the name of the report, a description, the report type, when it was last updated, and by whom. If it is blank, no reports have been saved. You can use the filters at the top to search a saved report by name or report type. When you find the report you would like to see, you can Run, Edit, or Delete the report.
- The shared subsection houses any reports that another system user has created and shared with you. It includes information like name, description, and report type. Only the creator of the report may edit or delete it. To edit a shared report, you must run the shared report and make a copy.
- The unsaved subsection houses reports that you have created, but have not yet saved a title or description. If you get logged out of the reporting screen before saving your report, you can find the report in the unsaved subsection. These will be kept indefinitely, so be sure to check this often to save reports you would like to use consistently. You can run or delete unsaved reports. Once you run the report, you can save or edit the report.
