Reviewing a Sample Neon CCM System
Note: Your system will look different than this example. You may not have the same sections that are listed. The functionality will be the same regardless of the names or your sections.
- For this example, we will look at the Youth records.
- Use the search fields to find the records you are looking for. The system will automatically begin to filter as you enter information into the search field.
- The system has pulled information for two records with the same name. Some of the information is blank for one of the records. This could be a duplicate record within the system. If this happens, you can manage duplicate data. For this example, we will open the record with all completed data by selecting the row.
- The Basic Info subsection for this user displays. The left navigation menu includes several examples of relationships with records and other sub-sections. These include households, mentoring matches, relationships, and activities. Some of these records are child records that are contained only within this particular record. These include status, case notes, goals, reminders and comments.
The differences between relationships and child records will be more apartments when viewing the CCM reporting tool.
- Select the comments tab from the left navigation menu.
- The comments subsection displays. Selecting a comment moves us to the Comment Information pop-up window.
- This shows us the data fields for this comment record.
