Fundraising Campaigns

We've completely redesigned the experience of creating and managing Fundraising Campaigns:
- New Campaign Overview page: an intuitive hub for your campaign's performance, with quick access to real-time data, reports, and forms & pages.
- Create engaging Campaign Landing Pages to highlight your campaign's impact.
- Shareable and highly customizable Goal Meters are available for each campaign.
- Note: the Linked Donations Form section only displays new donation forms. Access legacy campaign donation forms by clicking on the Legacy Donation Form tab or going to Forms & Pages > Forms.
Moves Management
- You can now link multiple pledges and/or donations to a grant.
- Grants now have a Funding table to display these links, and we've improved the linking relationship within donation & pledge records and associated pages.
- An Add to Calendar button is now available at the top of Grants and Activities.
- You can now copy grants (once or on a recurring basis).
- Funded Amount, Funded Date, and Due Date are now displayed in the Grants account section.
- Grants list updates:
- Amount Funded and Grant Custom Fields are now available as columns
- Account and Fund are now available as filters

Workflows
- Grant Created & Prospect Created are now available as event triggers.
- Grant & Prospect custom fields are now available as conditional triggers.
- Grant & Prospect fields are now available as tokens in internal emails.
- Birthday, Gender, and Account Created Date are now available as tokens in internal & external emails.
New Events

You can now apply Ticket Holds to event occurrences.
- Holds can be applied to tickets for both general admission events and specific seats in assigned seating. Later, these Holds can be removed to make more tickets available for public sales. Within the Sales & Check-in process, system users always have the option to sell Holds.
Communications
- We've updated the appearance of the Upload Email Theme page.
- Donor address & email tokens are now available in the Tribute Acknowledgement system email & letter.
- We've updated the display format used for individual, company, and company contact names on the Sent Emails List.
Membership
- You can now move a failed-auto renew membership out of the top of the Memberships account section via the Actions menu.
- You can now opt constituents out of membership directories in bulk via Global Settings > Bulk Operations > Bulk Edit or Delete Accounts.
Third-Party Integrations
- QuickBooks: When configuring mapping, you can now hover over longer names to view the full text.
- Zapier: Birthday is now a supported field.
Fixed:
- Fixed an issue where the Forms & Landing Pages lists did not display the proper statuses of legacy event forms & pages.
- Fixed an issue where activities set to repeat did not generate with the expected frequency.
- Fixed an issue where reports scheduled to send emails on a weekly basis may send twice per week.
- Fixed an issue where PDF pledge receipts in the Constituent Login Portal may have shown data that should have been hidden based on Transaction Field Display settings.
- Fixed an issue where some name and address tokens were not available to add to versions of the CRA Receipt, Voided Receipt, Annual Receipt, and Voided Annual Receipt system emails and letters.
- Fixed an issue with the constituent social media login option for X (FKA Twitter).
- Various behind-the-scenes bug fixes and performance enhancements.
- Various wording fixes and revisions.
