Testing a One-Click Workflow
Please note: When testing a One-Click Workflow, you must select an account to use for testing. Do not select an account that belongs to a constituent. It is best practice to create a test Neon CRM account for testing. Depending upon the workflow you are testing, you may also need to create test donation data and/or test membership data for your test account.
To test a workflow:
1. Select the name of the One-Click Workflow you wish to test.
2. Select Test Workflow in the top menu bar.
The Test Workflow pop-up will appear. On the pop-up:
3. Search for and select your test account in the search field. If required for the workflow you are testing, enter and/or select any other required test information (i.e., a test donation or a test membership). In this example, no other information is needed.
4. Select Test Workflow on the pop-up.
5. Select Workflow Log in the top menu bar.
On the Workflow Log page, you can see whether your test data successfully completed the workflow. You can also see all actions taken during the test in the workflow log.
You have now successfully tested a One-Click Workflow!
