Editing a One-Click Workflow
To edit a One-Click Workflow:
1. Select the name of the One-Click Workflow you wish to edit.
2. Select the item in the workflow you wish to edit.
A pop-up will appear. The title and contents of the pop-up will vary depending upon the type of item you select. In the image above, an email item has been selected.
Make any changes to the item you selected, as needed. Depending upon the item you selected for editing, you may have to select Save or Add Action. Please note: For certain items in a workflow, the system will automatically save the changes. In this instance, you will see a "saved confirmation" message.
Once all applicable items have been updated and saved, you have successfully edited a One-Click Workflow! You may repeat this process for other items in the workflow as you wish.
Please note: You cannot edit the Trigger or the Target of a One-Click Workflow. If you wish to edit either or both of these items, you must first clone the workflow. See the Recommended Next Article below for instructions on how to clone a One-Click Workflow.
