Connecting Applications with Neon Fundraise Integrations

Neon Fundraise enables you to transfer information between applications to assist in your fundraising efforts. These applications can be entered using the integrations feature.
While most integrations are configured at the campaign entity level, a few CRM integrations can be viewed at the top-level Organization navigation. Neon Fundraise offer integration capabilities at the top-level Organization navigation for:
- Clearview
- Neon CRM
- Salesforce
Connecting Applications with Neon Fundraise Integrations
- Select the Organization tab on the top navigation bar.
- Select the Integrations tab.
- This will display your active integrated CRM applications. You’ll also notice the history icon in the bottom left corner of the CRM application icon. Selecting this history icon allows you to view your Neon CRM sync logs which provide detailed information regarding all records that have been synced to the CRM.
Note: The red + icon is used to add a Salesforce connection to your Neon Fundraise account.
