Updating your Neon Fundraise Profile

The My Profile icon in the top-level navigation profiles standard options for you to update your profile image, name, email, and password, as well as log out from the system. If you are an administrator, you can also switch between organizations and select which email notifications to receive for your campaigns. Please note that the admin notifications must be configured by each user. In other words, you are not able to make notification selections for your other team members.

Let’s say you want to receive email notifications about your campaign’s fundraising progress and the number of registrants participating in your campaign. To do this, you can set up your Neon Fundraise profile to receive email notifications whenever your campaign receives new donations and registrants.
Updating your Neon Fundraise Profile
- Select the My Profile icon in the top navigation. Then select the My Profile button.
- Select the Notifications tab. You will notice that your Email Notifications are separated by organization. You will also notice the column headers specify the type of notification.
- Locate the organization you want to receive notifications for and select the checkbox for the corresponding email notification types.
- Scroll down and select Save.
