Instructions
Your top level navigation includes a search bar and support icon that make it easy to locate campaign information and support materials, as well as contact the Neon One support team.
Search Bar
- The search bar is a catchall resource used to perform searches within each entity level including transaction amounts, donor information, campaign information, and more. For example, let’s say that a donor who is participating in the Antown Community Yard Sale campaign shares a concern about whether their $600 donation was successfully submitted right before a thunderstorm interrupted their power. You can quickly locate this transaction by using the search bar. Enter the amount in the search bar and select the Search icon.
- You will notice that the results for the campaign displayed first in the list of results.
- When you find your result, select it to display in a popup window with details about the selection. Within this record is a View donation record which will direct you to the location of this record.
- From here, you can confirm whether the donation was successfully submitted by the donor.
Support Feature
- Neon Fundraise offers a support tool to easily access system information. Also located in the top navigation, the question mark icon contains a dropdown menu with selections for Support Center, Suggestions Portal, and Neon one Academy.
- Let’s say that as you begin setting up your Neon Fundraise account, you want more information about getting started with your first campaign. You could select Support Center from the dropdown menu to access the support center for Neon Fundraise in a new browser tab.
- The Support Center contains hyperlinks to related guides. If you do not know the topic of your question, there is a search bar and chatbot feature where you can enter your questions or keywords.
- For this example, you will enter keywords in the search bar and the results list will display for your review.
- Let’s say that after reviewing your information in the support center, you want to suggest adding a feature in the Neon Fundraise system that displays information when a user hovers their cursor over tabs. To do this select Suggestion Portal under the support tool icon.
- This time, you will select the Neon Portal button to add your suggestion change and submit it to the production team.
- You can also use this button to submit new suggestions, access all portal suggestions, and few feedback on previous suggestions. To submit a new issue, you will enter a keyword in the search bar. We recommend searching for similar suggestions before entering a new one. If your suggestion is not addressed, select the Post a New Idea… button to display the text entry field.
- Enter your question or suggestion. When finished, select Post Idea.
- Refresh your page and select the New tab to review your newly submitted suggestion.
- Lastly, Neon Academy can be accessed from the support icon too. Select Neon One Academy from the dropdown menu to open the site in a new browser tab.
- Neon One Academy is organized by product. Select the Neon Fundraise tile.
- The academy offers several types of material. This includes online courses, quick references, recorded webinars, and upcoming live trainings. For this example, we will locate a course on updating emails. Select Neon Fundraise Courses tile.
- In the left toolbar, select the Admin Email Communications checkbox. Then, select the course title.
