Let’s say that your organization has decided to use a shortened name that is more suitable for branding and you would like to apply your new organization name to your organization level Neon Fundraise settings.
Updating Organization Information
- Select the information icon to display the information window.
- Select the Edit icon to enter the new name.
- Select Save.
- Let’s say your company also wants to update the website URL. Scroll to the website field. Select the Edit icon.
- Enter the updated website URL. When finished select Save.
- Select Done.
- The header will now appear with the new name. The new URL will now be displayed on all automated emails and on your campaign website or wherever placeholders are used.
Note: Please note that the information icon is just one way that administrators can edit their organization-level settings.
- Neon Fundraise offers robust options to update additional organization-level settings for your forms, emails, and more, that will apply to all of your groups and campaigns. You can find the settings in the toolbar on the organization entity level.
