Using Dynamic Dates as Criteria in Reports
For this example, let’s create a report that will show all accounts created within the last 60 days. This report can be saved and then run on a regular basis so that, no matter on which date the report is run, it will always return results showing all accounts created within the last 60 days from the date the report is run.
1. On the CRM Dashboard, select Reports in the navigation menu and then select New Report in the drop-down menu.
2. For this example, select Communication and Mailing from the New Report pop-up.
3. Select All Accounts Report and then select Create Report.
4. Select Edit Criteria.
5. For the search field, select Account Created Date in the basic field group. For the operator, select Equal. Specify the date by selecting Custom date choice and input Past 60 Days. Select Load Criteria.
6. Select Run Report.
You can now see the report results to view the accounts that were created in the last 60 days. You may save this report configuration by selecting Save Report Configuration to re-run this report in the future without having to re-configure the report criteria.
