Neon Fundraise allows organizations to report on fundraiser retention statistics on both a campaign/macro level, and an individual/micro level, so that organizations can make more informed decisions based on the performance of returning fundraisers.
In Neon Fundraise, returning fundraisers are categorized into two groups both of which can be tracked in reports:
- Fundraisers who have returned year over year — these fundraisers were registered for a previous instance of a relaunched campaign (click here for more information).
- Fundraisers who have multiple fundraising pages on any campaigns, past and present, throughout the organization.
On a Campaign Level
Organizations can track the performance of returning fundraisers on a campaign level in the "Counts and Totals" reports. Here, organizations can view:
-
% of Fundraisers That Are Returning YOY
-
% of Fundraisers With Multiple Fundraising Pages in Org
-
% of Total Raised by Fundraisers Returning YOY
-
% of Total Raised by Fundraisers With Multiple Fundraising Pages in Org
-
Average Amount Raised by Fundraisers Returning YOY
-
Average Amount Raised by Fundraisers With Multiple Fundraising Pages in Org
-
Average Amount Raised by First Time Fundraisers
These metrics can be used to determine the performance of returning fundraisers, especially as compared to non-returning fundraisers, giving organizations more intelligent information on how to strategize around fundraiser retention.
On an Individual Level
Organizations can view on an individual fundraiser record whether that user is returning year over year, and how many pages they have on any campaigns throughout the organization. These metrics can be viewed in the following reports:
- Parameters for Registrants with Reg Fields, Donation and Contacts Summary
- Fundraisers with Donation and Contacts Summary
In both of these reports, these metrics can be viewed in the following columns:
- Is YOY Returning Fundraiser
- Number of Fundraising Pages in Org
These metrics can be used on an individual level to determine how to approach encouraging individual users to return for subsequent campaigns and/or get involved in multiple campaigns on the organization.
