Complete the Manual Check-In Process
To manually check in an attendee for an event:
1. Select Events in the navigation menu and then select Sales & Check-in in the drop-down menu.
The Tickets page will appear.
2. Select Today’s Events on the left side drop-down menu.
3. Select your event in the left side menu.
4. Select today’s occurrence date/time in the left side menu.
5. Select the Check-in tab that appears at the top of the page.
A list of all attendees who have purchased tickets for the event will appear.
6. If needed, you may search for and locate an attendee using the Search by ticket holder name field.
7. Once you locate the attendee you wish to check in, select the Check-in link next to the attendee’s name.
By default, once you check in an attendee, that attendee’s name will disappear from this list. If you wish to keep checked-in attendees' names in the list:
8. Select the Show checked-in tickets toggle to the "on" position.
If you select the Show checked-in tickets toggle to the "on" position, a green checkmark will appear for attendees who have already checked in. Note: If you wish to remove the checked-in status, click on the checkmark.
