Purchasing Tickets for an Assigned Seating Event on Behalf of a Constituent
There are two ways you can access the Tickets page on which you may purchase tickets for a constituent. Both options are outlined below:
Option 1 - Access the Tickets page via Sales & Check-In
a. Select Events in the navigation menu and then select Sales & Check-in in the drop-down menu.
b. The Tickets page will appear with two tabs on the left side of the page. Ensure the All Events tab is selected (or if the event is happening on the current day, ensure the Today's Events tab is selected). Select your event in the All Events tab.
At this point, you will arrive at the Tickets event occurrence page. You may skip to Step 1 below to continue.
Option 2 - Access the Tickets page via the Event's Page
a. Select Events in the navigation menu and then select Events in the drop-down menu.
b. On the Events page, select the event for which you wish to purchase tickets.
c. On the event's overview page, select Sell Tickets in the Sales Summary section.
At this point, you will arrive at the Tickets event occurrence page. You may skip to Step 1 below to continue.
1. Select the desired event date occurrence in the list provided. (If there is only one occurrence, it should be pre-selected for you; if not, select the applicable occurrence. If the event is pre-selected, skip this step.)
A venue seat map will appear on the right side of the page.
2. Select the seat you wish to purchase.
3. On the ticket pop-up that appears, select the Select button next to the ticket type (i.e., adult, child, senior) you wish to purchase for this seat, as applicable.
4. If you wish to purchase an additional ticket, repeat steps 2-3.
5. Select the Checkout button.
6. Complete the checkout page per the image and table below. When finished, select the Submit Order button in the bottom right corner.

A. | Search Contact Information | If the constituent already has an account with your organization, this field allows you to search for and locate the constituent via name or email address. |
B. | Personal Information | Enter the constituent’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. |
C. | More fields | Allows you to reveal additional fields to enter a constituent’s address, as applicable. |
D. | Payment Details | Allows you to select the payment method for the purchase. If the constituent pays by credit card, you must enter the credit card information as indicated. |
E. | Data Privacy & Consent | Allows you to select how the constituent wishes to receive communications and/or whether they wish to share their data with a third-party service, if desired. |
F. | Order Summary | Allows you to view an overview of the items to be purchased. Click Edit order if you need to make changes. |
G. | Apply a Discount Code | Allows you to enter and apply a discount code provided by the constituent, as applicable. |
H. | Billing Summary | Allows you to view the subtotal and grand total of the purchase. |
The Checkout Successful pop-up will appear. The constituent will receive an email with the order detail information and the purchased tickets. You may select View Order Details or Start New Order, as needed.
