Accessing Live Neon CRM Training

There are two types of live trainings accessible through the Neon One Academy: Weekly Best Practice/Group Trainings and Open Office Hours.

 

Accessing Weekly Best Practice/Group Trainings

You may access these trainings via one of two methods in the Neon One Academy.

Method #1

1. Log into Neon One Academy.

2. Select the Neon One Live Trainings shortcut on the home page.

3. Select a Group Training event on the calendar.

4. Select Register. (Only for first time registrants.)

5. Select Select Event. (Only for first time registrants.)

6. Locate the training event you wish to attend and select Register.

7. Select Register. (Only for first time registrants.)

You will receive a confirmation email regarding your selected event. To access the event at its scheduled time and date, either click the link provided in the confirmation email or navigate back to the registration page shown below. Click Launch Zoom Event. (This button will only be activated at the scheduled time of the event.) You must have an active Zoom account and/or download the Zoom app to attend. Follow the prompts as directed.

Method #2

1. Log into Neon One Academy.

4. Select Neon CRM Group Training.

7. Locate the training event you wish to attend and select Register.

Accessing an Open Office Hour Session

You may access these sessions via one of two methods in the Neon One Academy.

6. Locate the Open Office Hour session you wish to attend and select Register.
