Administrators can submit pledges via the Admin. To submit a pledge from the Admin, follow these steps:
- In the Admin, navigate to Transactions > Endurance Pledges, and click the plus button in the top right
- Enter donor information or choose an existing user as the donor
- Click "Next"
- Select an endurance challenge to pledge towards
- Enter pledge amount per unit of activity completed
- Enter a maximum pledge amount (optional)
- Select start date and end date
- Note: end date is optional unless the challenge has no end date, in which case it's required
- Note: date and time should be entered in Pacific time zone in this interface
- Choose what to do with any potential remainder, which is the difference between the actual pledged amount at the end of the pledge and the maximum amount entered above. If selected, the remainder amount will be charged and assigned as a general donation.
- Click "Next"
- Select goals or fundraising pages to whom the pledge should apply. Multiple goals may be selected.
- Click "Next"
- Enter a donation message to be added to the pledge when added to recent donations lists (after the pledge ends)
- Click "Add Endurance Pledge"
Once submitted, the donor will receive an email confirming the pledge and its details.

End of Pledge
When a pledge that was manually created by an administrator ends (based on date or maximum amount), it will cease incrementing the pledge amount and will enter the "Unfulfilled" status. To change the status of an admin-created pledge to "Fulfilled", an administrator will need to submit a credit transaction offsetting the pledge amount (this is not necessary for pledges that were created online by donors, which will fulfill automatically when their payment is made). To fulfill a pledge, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Transactions > Credits within a given campaign
- Click the red plus button
- Fill out the requisite donor information or choose an existing donor, then choose the donation settings
- Choose the pledge that the credit should fulfill
- Set the payment type
- Click "Add Credit"
Note that all admin-entered pledges can only be fulfilled by offline credit transactions.
