Organizations that have both Arts People and Neon CRM are eligible for a daily data transfer. This is a one-way data transfer that brings Arts People data into Neon CRM. Data originating in Neon CRM will not be transferred to Arts People.

How the data transfer works

Data collected in Arts People before 5pm PST will be transferred to Neon CRM overnight as part of the Neon CRM nightly scheduler. Neon CRM will de-duplicate incoming accounts, if an account already exists in Neon CRM. 

Data collected in Arts People after 5pm PST will be included in the next day's transfer.

Data types included in the transfer:

• Patrons: Patron ID, Name, Email, Address, Household Name and Family Information, Phone, Fax
• Tickets: Registration records with Tender Type, Check #, Amount, Notes, and Date
• Performances: Events with Show Name, Start/End Date
• Donations: Donations including amount, Campaign, Fund, Appeal/Source, Date, Tender, Check #, Notes
  • Note: Memberships are not transferred from AP to CRM.  However, in AP all memberships are predicated on a donation.  So the donation that resulted in the existence of the membership will be transferred.  It will look like any other donation in the CRM and the membership tables are not affected.
