Neon CRM follows ISO 3166, which is published by the International Organization for Standardization to define a global standard for country and territory names. ISO 3166 is based on the United Nations' recognition of countries and territories.
We understand that in some cases, the names standardized by ISO may not match how your organization and constituents refer to certain countries or territories. However, we are unable to accommodate requests to modify country names in Neon CRM.
Using a standardized list ensures that we can easily keep the Country list updated as the world changes. As Neon CRM becomes further integrated with other products in the Neon One ecosystem, deviating from the standardized Country list poses logistical and data-related issues.
We appreciate your understanding of the need to adhere to a standardized Country list.
