In this article, you will learn about five new workflow templates, called One-Click Workflows, which you can quickly set up for easy fundraising, membership, and volunteer task automation.

To navigate to the Workflows menu, select Workflows in the navigation menu bar.
You'll see two options in the Workflows menu:
- One-Click Workflows: pre-built templates
- Workflows: automated tasks you can fully configure from scratch
For this article, let's select the One-Click Workflows option from the menu.
Clicking on One-Click Workflows will take you to the new One-Click Workflows list. Let's walk through each of the one-click workflows available!
New Donor Welcome Series
This email series sends a thank you email to a first-time donor 7 days after their donation.
Thirty days after that, a second email is sent related to the impact of their gift.

New Member Welcome Series
This email series sends a thank you email to a new member 2 days after they register.
Seven days after that, a second email is sent focused on the benefits of creating login information for the Constituent Login Portal. The content of the second email varies slightly depending on whether or not they've already logged in.

Lapsed Member Recapture Series
This email series sends a reminder email 30 days after an account's most recent membership has expired, informing the lapsed member that they no longer receive certain benefits and encouraging them to renew their membership.
Ten days after that, if the account has not renewed their membership, a second email is sent to provide another reminder.
Additionally, an activity is created and assigned to a system user to follow up on.

New Volunteer Application Follow-Up
This workflow sends an external email after a volunteer application is received, informing the applicant that they will hear from your organization soon.
At the same time, an internal email is sent to a system user prompting them to review and take action on the application.
Additionally, the applicant's account is updated with the Individual Type "Volunteer".

Recurring Donation - Credit Card Expiration Reminder
This workflow sends an email to a recurring donor if their credit card information on file has expired. The email is sent 10 days before their next donation is set to process. The email encourages the donor to log in to the Constituent Login Portal and update their payment information before the next scheduled recurring donation is processed.

Auto-Renew Membership - Credit Card Expiration Reminder
This workflow sends an email reminder to a current member to remind them to update their credit card information if their credit card information on file is set to expire before their auto-renewal membership is set to renew. This workflow is used for members whose credit card information will expire before the renewal date of their auto-renewed membership. The email will be sent 10 days before the auto-renewal date.

Recurring Donation Schedule Disabled - Follow-Up
This workflow sends an internal email to a staff member and creates an activity on a constituent's account if a constituent's recurring donation schedule changes to inactive status. The internal email and activity are meant to alert staff of this change so they can then provide the necessary follow-up to remedy the donation schedule issue, as applicable.

Membership Auto-Renew Disabled - Follow-Up
This workflow sends a notification to a staff member via email and creates an activity on the member's account to contact a constituent if the auto-renewal option on their membership is disabled. The email and activity reminds a staff member or volunteer to contact the constituent to inquire whether they would wish to turn on the auto-renewal membership feature.

Advanced New Donor Welcome Series
This workflow sends an email to welcome a new, one-time donor to your organization. The workflow will ask the constituent to consider becoming a monthly donor. This workflow may help your organization convert one-time donors to monthly, continuous donors. (Note: The entire workflow is not shown below, as it is quite long.)

Email Audience Welcome Series
This email series workflow sends a new email audience member a series of emails (spread out over a 20-day period) highlighting your organization's recent news, highlights, and activities. (Note: The entire workflow is not shown below, as it is quite long.)
