As part of the reporting updates included in our April 15th, 2023 release, we decided to conduct a review of One-Click Reports to see how they were fitting users' needs.
We found that many of these reports weren't being utilized, and that some of them were built to accomplish tasks which can now be achieved elsewhere in the system. Therefore, we chose to retain the 30 most used One-Click Reports and deprecate the reports listed below.
This support guide provides a list of all One-Click Reports deprecated on April 15th, 2023 and walks through how you can now access the same data elsewhere.

All Email Audience
What it did: This report displayed every account with a populated Email 1 field.
What to use now: All Neon CRM systems have a default Email Audience called All Emails.
This email audience is more ideal for sending out an email campaign because it automatically excludes any accounts marked as do not contact, opted-out, or deceased.
All Event Attendees Ever
What it did: This report displayed all event attendees, across all events.
What to use now: Run the Event Attendee Report, selecting the "Report on multiple events" option as well as the Include inactive events checkbox, if desired.
Then, add the search criterion Event: Not Blank to set the scope to all events.
All Fundraisers
What it did: This report displayed information about every peer-to-peer fundraising page.
What to use now: Run the Fundraiser Summary Report and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank.
All People Who Have Received Material
What it did: This report displayed every account who has received a campaign letter or a tracked external material via Letters > Campaign Letters & Tracking.
What to use now: Run the Campaign Letters and Tracking Report (previously called People Who Have Received Material Report) and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank.
All Store Customers Ever
What it did: This report displayed every account who has made at least one store order.
What to use now: Run the All Accounts Report and include the search criterion All Product Purchase Count: Greater & Equal: 1.
Declined Credit Cards
What it did: This report displayed auto-renew memberships and recurring donation schedules with expired credit cards on file.
What to use now: Run the Expired Credit Card Report and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank.
Donor Frequency
What it did: This report displayed all accounts (regardless of whether they had made donations) and included the All Donation Count output column, which could be used to see the total number of donations made by each account.
What to use now: Run the All Accounts Report and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank. Add the output column All Donation Count, which can be used to sort the results.
Largest Donor
What it did: This report displayed the single account which had made the most donations to your organization.
What to use now: The Top 100 Donors One-Click Report was retained and displays a broader version of these results.
Last Month Credit Card Payments
What it did: This report displayed transactions from the previous month with payment tender types of Credit Card (Online) and Credit Card (Offline - No Charge).
What to use now: Run the Transaction Report and include the following search criteria:
- Transaction Tender Type: In Range Of: Credit Card (Online), Credit Card (Offline - No Charge)
- Transaction Date: Advanced
- Greater & Equal: {{Previous Month Start}}
- Less & Equal: {{Previous Month End}}
LYBUNT For Events
What it did: This report displayed accounts who registered for at least one event last year, but have not registered for any events this year.
What to use now: Run the LYBUNT Event Registrant Report and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank.
LYBUNT For Store
What it did: This report displayed accounts who made at least one store order last year, but have not made any store orders this year.
What to use now: Run the LYBUNT Store Customer Report and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank.
SYBUNT For Events
What it did: This report displayed accounts who registered for at least one event in a previous year, but have not registered for any events this year.
What to use now: Run the SYBUNT Event Registrant Report and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank.
SYBUNT For Store
What it did: This report displayed accounts who made at least one store order in a previous year, but have not made any store orders this year.
What to use now: Run the SYBUNT Store Customer Report and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank.
SYBUNT Member Report
What it did: This report displayed accounts who had an active membership in a previous year, but have not had an active membership this year.
What to use now: Run the SYBUNT Member Report and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank.
This Month Credit Card Payments
What it did: This report displayed transactions from the current month with payment tender types of Credit Card (Online) and Credit Card (Offline - No Charge).
What to use now: Run the Transaction Report and include the following search criteria:
- Transaction Tender Type: In Range Of: Credit Card (Online), Credit Card (Offline - No Charge)
- Transaction Date: Greater & Equal: {{Current Month Start}}
Top 25 Donor
What it did: This report displayed the 25 accounts who have donated the most money to your organization.
What to use now: The Top 100 Donors One-Click Report was retained and displays a broader version of these results.
Top 25 Most Loyal Members & Top 100 Most Loyal Members
What it did: This report displayed all members, sorted by the length of time they've had an active membership.
What to use now: Run the Member Report and either use the general search criterion Account ID: Not Blank, or use the search criterion First Membership Enrollment Date to target accounts who first registered for memberships on or before a certain date.
Include the First Membership Enrollment Date output column to sort the results and see your earliest members.
If your organization has consistent membership term durations (ex: all 1 month memberships), you could also reference the All Membership Count output column to sort accounts based on the total number of membership records they have.
Top 100 Customers to Re-Engage
What it did: This report displayed accounts who made at least one store order last year but have not made any store orders in the current year. The report results were ordered by the total amount they have paid for store orders.
What to use now: Run the LYBUNT Store Report and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank. Add the All Donation Amount output column and sort by this column when viewing the report results.
Top 100 Donors to Re-Engage
What it did: This report displayed accounts who made at least one donation last year, but have not made any donations in the current year. The report results were ordered by the total amount they have donated.
What to use now: Run the LYBUNT Donor Report and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank. Add the All Donation Amount output column and sort by this column when viewing the report results.
Top 100 Event Registrants to Re-Engage
What it did: This report displayed accounts who registered for at least one event last year, but have not registered for any events in the current year. The report results were ordered by the total amount they have paid for event registrations.
What to use now: Follow the LYBUNT For Events instructions and include the All Registration Amount output column. When viewing the report results, sort by this column.
Top 100 Members to Re-Engage
What it did: This report displayed accounts who had at least one membership last year, but have not had any memberships in the current year. The report results were ordered by the total amount they have paid for memberships.
What to use now: Run the LYBUNT Member Report and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank. Add the All Membership Amount output column and sort by this column when viewing the report results.
Top 100 Most Active Customers
What it did: This report displayed the 100 accounts who have made the most store orders.
What to use now: Run the Accounts With Store Orders Report (previously called Top Buyer Report) and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank. Sort by the # of Purchases output column when viewing the report results.
Top 100 Most Active Donors
What it did: This report displayed the 100 accounts who have made the most donations.
What to use now: Run the Donor Report and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank. Add the All Donation Count output column and sort by this column when viewing the report results.
Top 100 Most Active Event Registrants
What it did: This report displayed the 100 accounts who have registered for the most events.
What to use now: Run the All Accounts Report and include the search criterion Event: Not Blank. Add the All Event Registration Count output column and sort by this column when viewing the report results.
Top 100 Most Valuable Event Registrants
What it did: This report displayed the 100 accounts who have paid the most for event registrations over time.
What to use now: Run the All Accounts Report and include the search criterion Event: Not Blank. Add the All Event Registration Amount output column and sort by this column when viewing the report results.
Top 100 Most Valuable Members
What it did: This report displayed the 100 accounts who have paid the most for memberships over time.
What to use now: Run the All Accounts Report and include the search criterion Membership: Not Blank. Add the All Membership Amount output column and sort by this column when viewing the report results.
Top 100 Store Customer
What it did: This report displayed the 100 accounts who have paid the most for store orders over time.
What to use now: Run the Accounts With Store Orders Report (previously called Top Buyer Report) and include the search criterion Account ID: Not Blank. Sort by the Total Amount Purchased output column when viewing the report results.
Upcoming Member Expirations
What it did: This report displayed accounts with memberships expiring in the near future.
What to use now: Run the Member Report and include the following search criteria (you may adjust the Membership Expiration Date value to view a different date range if desired):
- Most Recent Membership Only: Equal: Yes
- Membership Expiration Date: Greater & Equal: Custom Date Choice: Current Month End
Then, click on Exclude From Results and add the following search criterion:
- Membership Auto Renewal: Equal: Yes
