Import Content From Past Campaigns
Fundraisers can now import image, text, contacts, and email templates from past campaigns. If enabled on your campaigns, this can be done through the startup guide or the fundraiser task list. Administrators can add the “Import from past campaign” popup to the Startup Guide under Admin > Fundraising > Startup Guide, and in the fundraiser Task List, under Admin > Fundraising > Task List. Changes to the Credit Card Payments reports:

The “Processing Fee” column has been renamed to “Neon Fundraise Fee” and now only displays Neon Fundraise platform fees.

Added a new “Processor Fee” column, which displays the processor fee (if available — currently only available from Neon Pay processor).

We have updated our email report function to account for very large report files that cannot be emailed. When emailing a report, the system now checks the file size of the report file.

If the CSV report file is 19mb or less, it will send per usual.

If the CSV report file is more than 19mb, it will be compressed into a zip file and added as an attachment to the email.

If the resulting zip file itself is more than 19mb, the recipient will receive an email informing them that there was an error sending report.

Fixed
- Fixed an issue that prevented the Teams with Summary (All Campaigns) report from generating in some instances.
