To reactivate an ended campaign, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the relevant campaign (use the campaign list filter to show ended campaigns).
- In the campaign controls sidebar, click the "Reactivate" button.
- In the ensuing popup, enter the URL the campaign should be hosted on.
- Note: The URL does not have to be the same as the campaign's previous URL.
- Click "Reactivate"
- Be sure to refresh the page to restore access to all tabs.
Note: at this time, campaigns with the following settings cannot be reactivated:
- Campaigns that are not connected to a platform
- Ended / past versions of relaunched campaigns
