Add a Member Directory
1. Navigate to the Settings icon and select Global Settings.
2. Under Memberships, select Member Directory Settings.
3. To make a new directory, select New Directory Configuration.
4. A step-by-step guide for configuring your directory will open. Name the configuration.
- Membership Levels - Choose one or more membership levels to include in the directory.
- Default Sort Order - Select either "Last Name A-Z" or "Company Name A-Z"
- Theme - Select from the available themes in the drop-down menu.
- Display approved photos of members
- Display submembers of group memberships
- Display deceased members - If enabled, constituents marked as "Deceased" will be included in your directory.
- Choose who can access this directory configuration
- Logged-in Members Only only current members can view this directory after logging into to Neon CRM's constituent login portal.
- Visible to Public anybody can access this directory
- Upload Default Profile Image - Optional: upload a default image to display if the constituent has not uploaded a photo, or has opted out of including their photo.
When finished, select Next.
5. On the next page, select the data fields you want to be visible on the directory listing page. When finished, select Next.
6. Select the data fields you want to be visible on the directory listing page search section. When finished, select Next.
7. Select the data fields you want to be visible on the directory detail page. When finished, select Create Directory.
8. The Member Directory is a standard page in the portal pages list. Because the standard page uses the default member directory configuration to determine what is displayed, we need to set our new directory configuration as the default. To do this, select Set as Default under the Actions icon.
9. Navigate to the Settings icon and select Global Settings.
10. Under Constituent Portal, select Portal Pages.
11. Ensure the Directory Members page is published in the list.
12. To preview your page, navigate to the Constituent Portal Dashboard tab and select Preview.
13. Here you will see the sidebar menu pages that are now published.
