Entering Registration Discounts
In Neon CRM, you have the option to add a discount or apply a coupon code that works across multiple events.
For this example, we will be giving an Early Bird Discount to anyone that registers prior to the event season starting.
1. Navigate to the Settings Icon and select Global Settings.
2. Under the Events section, select Registration Discounts.
3. This takes you to the Event Registration Discounts page. This page has two sections.
The Event Registration Discounts section allows you to add discounts that will apply to multiple events. You can also view other discounts.
In the Event Coupon Code Discounts section allows you to create a code that registrants can use to apply a discount to an event.
For this example, select New Discount.
4. Complete the fields on this page. When finished, select, Save.

This will take a dollar amount off the registration fee when applying the discount. |

5. The Event Registration Discount section now has a row for the discount that we just created. You can edit or delete this discount by selecting the links within the row.
Adding a Coupon Code
For this example we will be creating a coupon code for the first 20 who registered for the opening event of the season.
1. Navigate to the Settings Icon and select Global Settings.
2. Under the Events section, select Registration Discounts.
3. This takes you to the Event Registration Discounts page. Select New Coupon Code.
4. Complete the fields. When finished, select Save.

5. Your new coupon code will be displayed on the event registration discount page under the Event Coupon Code section. You can edit or delete this coupon code by selecting the links within the row.
