Exporting a Report
Exporting a report allows you to create a spreadsheet of the report results and/or obtain a printable version of the report.
Note: Exporting a report will create a moment in time look of the information as it was when the report was run. Any new information entered after the report is run in Neon CRM will not be represented in the exported report. You must re-run the report to include the newly added information.
Before you can export a report, you must first run a report. You can export the results from a newly configured report, or you can export the results after you re-run a previously created and saved report. For this example, let’s re-run a previously created and saved report so the results can then be exported.
1. On the CRM Dashboard, select Reports in the navigation menu and then select Reports in the drop-down menu.
2. Select a report you would like to run on the Reports List page.
3. Select Run Report.
4. Select Export Results. Select whether you desire to export the data as an Excel file, CSV file, or a printable version.
